1. Purpose of QuoteFBO

QuoteFBO is a logistical planning and cost-transparency platform designed to help private aviation operators, flight departments, aircraft owners, pilots, dispatchers, schedulers, and related aviation professionals compare and evaluate estimated pricing, service availability, vendor responses, and other FBO-related information.

QuoteFBO is intended solely to assist users in making more informed logistical and cost-related decisions. QuoteFBO is not an air carrier, aircraft operator, FBO, fuel provider, ground handler, dispatcher, flight planning provider, regulatory compliance provider, or aviation safety service.

2. Estimates Only; No Invoice or Binding Quote

All pricing, availability, fees, charges, fuel pricing, handling charges, ramp fees, after-hours fees, service availability, and other information displayed through QuoteFBO are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing directly by the applicable FBO, airport, vendor, handler, fuel provider, or service provider, all information provided through QuoteFBO should be treated as an estimate only.

QuoteFBO does not issue invoices on behalf of FBOs, airports, handlers, fuel providers, or other vendors. Nothing displayed in QuoteFBO constitutes:

• a final invoice;
• a guaranteed price;
• a binding quote;
• a contract for services;
• a payment authorization;
• a fuel release;
• a credit approval;
• an operational clearance;
• or a representation that any service will be available at the time of arrival or departure.

Actual charges may differ from estimates due to fuel uplifts, aircraft weight, arrival or departure time, airport rules, after-hours operations, minimums, volume discounts, taxes, fees, third-party charges, service changes, vendor policies, errors, omissions, or other factors outside QuoteFBO’s control.

You are solely responsible for confirming final pricing, availability, terms, conditions, payment obligations, and service details directly with the applicable service provider before relying on such information.

3. No Substitute for Preflight Planning or Crew Responsibilities

QuoteFBO is a logistical and cost-planning tool only. It is not a flight planning tool, dispatch release tool, weather briefing tool, NOTAM service, performance calculation tool, weight and balance tool, fuel planning tool, risk assessment tool, or regulatory compliance tool.

Use of QuoteFBO does not satisfy, replace, reduce, or modify any legal, regulatory, operational, or professional responsibility of any pilot, flight crewmember, dispatcher, operator, certificate holder, aircraft owner, or flight department.

Without limitation, QuoteFBO does not satisfy any preflight action requirement under 14 CFR § 91.103, which requires each pilot in command, before beginning a flight, to become familiar with all available information concerning that flight, including applicable weather, fuel requirements, alternatives, known ATC delays, runway lengths, and aircraft performance information.

Each pilot in command, operator, and flight crewmember remains solely responsible for conducting all required preflight planning, regulatory compliance, operational decision-making, safety analysis, aircraft performance calculations, fuel planning, weather review, NOTAM review, airport suitability evaluation, and other required duties.

QuoteFBO should never be used as the sole basis for any operational, safety-of-flight, regulatory, dispatch, go/no-go, fuel, performance, airport suitability, runway, weather, or crew decision.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

1. verifying all FBO, airport, vendor, fuel, handling, and service information before relying on it;
2. confirming all prices, fees, taxes, minimums, and charges directly with the applicable provider;
3. confirming service availability, operating hours, parking availability, fuel availability, crew/passenger services, customs availability, and airport restrictions;
4. ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, operating rules, company manuals, standard operating procedures, insurance requirements, and aircraft limitations;
5. ensuring that any use of QuoteFBO is appropriate for your operation;
6. maintaining independent professional judgment in all aviation-related decisions.

You acknowledge that aviation operations involve complex, changing, and safety-critical conditions, and that QuoteFBO is not responsible for your operational decisions.

5. Third-Party Information and Vendor Data

QuoteFBO may display, collect, transmit, organize, summarize, or estimate information received from third-party sources, including FBOs, airports, fuel vendors, ground handlers, service providers, users, publicly available sources, and other data providers.

QuoteFBO does not control third-party providers and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, reliability, or continued validity of third-party information.

Third-party prices, fees, services, and availability may change without notice. QuoteFBO is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, outdated information, vendor miscommunications, vendor nonperformance, or discrepancies between displayed estimates and final charges.

6. No Agency Relationship

QuoteFBO is not acting as an agent, broker, representative, fiduciary, or contracting party for any FBO, airport, fuel provider, ground handler, vendor, operator, aircraft owner, pilot, or user unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by QuoteFBO.

Your use of QuoteFBO does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or franchise relationship between you and QuoteFBO.

7. No Professional, Legal, Regulatory, or Aviation Safety Advice

Information provided through QuoteFBO is for general informational and logistical planning purposes only. QuoteFBO does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, operational control, aviation safety, dispatch, maintenance, fuel planning, or flight planning advice.

You should consult qualified professionals, including legal counsel, aviation safety personnel, dispatchers, flight planners, maintenance providers, or regulatory advisors, as appropriate for your operation.

8. Account Access and Authorized Use

You may use QuoteFBO only for lawful business purposes related to aviation logistical planning and cost transparency.

You agree not to:

• use QuoteFBO for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the platform;
• scrape, copy, harvest, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit QuoteFBO data except as authorized;
• submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• use QuoteFBO in a manner that could harm QuoteFBO, its users, vendors, or service providers;
• rely on QuoteFBO as a substitute for independent verification or required aviation planning.

QuoteFBO may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

9. Availability of the Platform

QuoteFBO may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party failures, cybersecurity issues, data provider interruptions, or other causes.

QuoteFBO does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time access to the platform or any information displayed through it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuoteFBO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteFBO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and suitability for aviation operations.

QuoteFBO does not warrant that:

• estimates will match final invoices;
• prices will be honored by vendors;
• services will be available;
• vendor responses will be accurate or timely;
• information will be complete, current, or error-free;
• the platform will be uninterrupted or secure;
• use of the platform will satisfy any aviation, legal, regulatory, operational, or company requirement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteFBO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost savings, lost business opportunities, operational disruption, increased costs, aircraft delays, trip interruptions, vendor disputes, inaccurate estimates, unavailable services, or regulatory consequences.

QuoteFBO shall not be liable for any claim arising from or related to:

• reliance on estimates;
• discrepancies between estimated and actual charges;
• vendor pricing or availability changes;
• third-party errors or omissions;
• failure to confirm information directly with service providers;
• aviation operational decisions;
• preflight planning failures;
• regulatory noncompliance;
• safety-of-flight decisions;
• weather, fuel, routing, airport, runway, performance, crew, or dispatch decisions.

In no event shall QuoteFBO’s total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to QuoteFBO during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuoteFBO, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of QuoteFBO;
• your reliance on estimates or third-party information;
• your aviation operations;
• your failure to verify pricing, availability, or services;
• your failure to comply with applicable aviation regulations or preflight responsibilities;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any law, regulation, contract, policy, or third-party right.

13. Changes to Terms

QuoteFBO may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the platform or otherwise made available to users.

Your continued use of QuoteFBO after updated Terms are posted or presented constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

QuoteFBO may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, created risk for QuoteFBO or others, or used the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

You may stop using QuoteFBO at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or QuoteFBO shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
